Kristine Faby joined Madison Pension in 2005 as a pension consultant and proudly serves today as the organization’s Vice President. As VP, Faby is responsible for managing and continually improving internal operations, serving as a trusted source for dedicated high-end clientele and regularly strategizing with principal staff to fulfill quarterly and yearly objectives.
A native New Yorker, Faby obtained her degree in Criminal Justice from Mercy College in what she anticipated would be a first step toward a career in law. En route, however, she accepted a short entry-level position at a retirement firm, became enamored with the business and never looked back. Faby has now spent over a decade lending her considerable talents to the retirement field.
In addition to her enthusiasm for her trade, Faby’s tenure at Madison Pension has brought out her inherent skills at developing strong relationships with clients and staff, adding warmth and another friendly face to an already-supportive business environment. Her mantra is “treat clients the way you want to be treated.”
